'Shipping:Small parts orders will be shipped USPS First Class Mail by default for a tiered rate starting at $.70* USPS First Class Mail takes approximately 1-3 days to arrive once shipped. Larger parts or accessories orders will ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Handguns ship for a flat rate of $25 separately from anything else in your order. They are shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. For accurate shipping costs, please place firearms orders separately, as firearms are shipped separately from the rest of your order. Tracking information will not be provided for orders shipped via USPS First Class letter rate.
Sales Tax:Sales tax must be collected from residents of Arizona. The 9.1% Sales Tax is calculated at checkout based on shipping address.
Restrictions: It is your responsibility to check all state and local laws before ordering. All firearms MUST be shipped to a Federal Firearms License holder. You must be 21 to purchase a handgun or stripped receiver.
Due to ITAR we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the United States, this includes deliveries to military post office addresses or any address to a freight forwarding company.
We are unable to ship magazines with a capacity greater than 10 rounds to California, Massachusetts, Washington DC, Hawaii, New York or Oak Park, IL; magazines with a capacity greater than 12 rounds to Chicago, IL; magazines with a capacity greater than 15 rounds to New Jersey or Aurora, IL; magazines with a capacity greater than 16 rounds to Franklin Park, IL; or magazines with a capacity greater than 20 rounds to Maryland.
Returns and Exchanges: If you are not happy with the merchandise you ordered you may return it in Unused (New) condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Returns must be in the unopened manufacturer''s original packaging including all original packaging, inserts, and labels. Shipping charges are not refundable. All new firearms sales are final and cannot be returned. Please contact the manufacturer if repair is needed. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you receive a damaged or defective item we will be glad to exchange it for you.
Notes:*These rates will only be offered if your overall order qualifies based on weight, otherwise you will be offered your choice of USPS Priority Mail or UPS. 70 cent shipping is available for non-spring small parts and will ship in a letter sized envelope and may include an insert to protect the product. We believe this offers the best balance of price and protection for the products you order. Shipping rates for items shipped in padded bubble mailers starts at $1.25. |

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
